Some Great Tools You Need Ramadaan 1442!
To achieve SPIRITUAL, EMOTIONAL and Physical HEALTH!
Your success for Ramadaan 1442 will depend on how well you prepare and equip yourself!
Reason behind the Ramadaan 1442 (2021) Summit
I was recently thinking about Ramadaan in 2020 and how I was not able to sit in Itikaaf again due to the Covid-19 pandemic. It felt like I had something missing in my Ramadaan.
I thought about all the lessons from the lectures while I sat in Itikaaf in 2019 and I thought about the concepts that I learnt. I wanted them to be shared with as many people as possible. I thought about having a Summit to share this information.
I came up with the idea of making Ramadaan 1442 the best Ramadaan ever.
Speaking to like-minded people who had similar interests, we came up with useful and illuminating lessons that will being discussed in this Ramadaan 1442 Summit.

Jo’Hara Hassem
The purpose of anger and how to use it to get closer to Allah
Jo’Hara started her career in media and journalism.
From a young age (11 to be precise), she debuted as a television presenter for a preteen educational TV show on SABC. Her love for media propelled her to study in that field at university.
After she had been an active news anchor and presenter for a radio station, she found herself making personal and spiritual changes in her life. This was coupled with the fact that she was pregnant for the first time and was deciding what kind of parent she'd want to be.
After her kids were born, she found herself lulled into a very conforming life.
She started life coaching as an opportunity to heal from her own traumas and was drawn to the process. She decided to use her skills to bridge the gap between emotional wellness and spirituality.
Her passion is to enable Muslim women to find their own voices and live their truth, in faith and authenticity.
In addition to that, She and her husband have initiated a support group, Heal for Hope, which provides a platform for reforming domestic abusers.
